Getaway Camp Enrollment

Dietary needs will be accommodated whenever possible. You must provide all special needs 30 days in advance.

We reserve the right to dismiss any guest that does not display proper conduct or does not follow the rules of the ranch. The guest will forfeit any and all package costs. Omission of any pertinent information can be grounds for dismissal (i.e., medications, medical and psychological disorders, etc.)

All guest enrollments must be paid in full at least 30 days before arrival date.

Monthly payment plans are available with a $ 500 deposit and then equal monthly payments until month prior to arrival.

If cancellation is made at least 30 days before arrival date, a full refund minus a 30% administration fee will be returned. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival date, the full package cost will be due and payable, including any interest and/or collection fees. Interest of 1.5% will be charged monthly on all unpaid balances.

Owner reserves the discretion to offer a credit for rescheduling your session for another date.
