Dietary needs will be accommodated whenever possible. You must provide all special needs 30 days in advance.

We reserve the right to dismiss any camper that does not display proper conduct or does not follow the rules of the camp. The camper and her parents will forfeit any and all tuition. Omission of any pertinent information can be grounds for dismissal (i.e., medications, medical and psychological disorders, etc.)

All Summer Camp enrollments must be paid in full at least 30 days before arrival date.

Monthly payment plans are available with a $500 deposit. Then equal monthly payments until 3 days prior to arrival Please contact us soon after you make the reservation.

Due To Our Small Summer Camp Enrollment Sizes We Do Not Provide Refunds For Any Reason After April 1.

If cancellation is made prior to April 1, a full refund minus a 30% administration fee will be returned. If a cancellation is made on or after April 1, the full tuition will be due and payable, including any interest and/or collection fees. Interest of 1.5% will be charged monthly on all unpaid balances.

Plenty of down-time to relax, work the bunkhouse puzzle, read, walk, and enjoy the awesome sunset. It was a great time to re-connect with my two daughters."

"The Sugar & Spice Ranch is an adventure in ranch living. Staying in the Bunkhouse with several other like-minded women and girls was a blast. Met some great people, shared delicious homemade meals and good conversation plus I especially enjoyed the gorgeous Texas Hill Country sunsets. I highly recommend a visit. Mom's can spend a week with their daughters at the Mother & Daughter Summer Camp, or they can hit up one of the Yoga & Horseback Riding weekends. I'm looking forward to the Autumn Women's Only Getaway next. I imagine all the offerings are great, and the ranch's beautiful herd of horses is just spectacular. I would also say that it's a great price for an all inclusive vacation."

Absolutely no technology is allowed, no phones, tablets, computers and iWatches as we like to have the girls full attention and not wanting them to have access to the internet and inappropriate apps that are not age appropriate for younger campers. We also reserve the right to dismiss any camper that does not conduct themselves in a appropriate manner as we have girls ages 8-17 at the camp and are extremely protective of your girls innocents!
